Just what I wanted. Filter blew off immediately. We have an RO system and a water softener. No problem. Works great

Outstanding product for the price. Set up was easy and shipped in a very timely manner. I’ve had the ice machine for 1 month and still working great. Only thing that would make it better would be better sealed storage to maintain the made ice.

I was pleasantly surprised that it showed up as expected and still works great! This has saved me a ton on ice from the store!

I run a small construction company in Denver with 4 guys. I hate buying ice for all summer and will struggle threw with no cold drinks. This year I bought this ice machine and it's a game changer the guys love having a cold cooler every day and so do I. If you watch it and keep breaking the ice up if fills up pretty good ill fill a cooler at night then let it run all night and fill one in the morning if we're separate. I also have my extra freezer full of 10lb bags now. If it's full and then it off it holds the ice most the day (my house at 75°) with a towel over it to help insulate it. I am familiar with plumbing enough to hook this up pretty easy being in construction. I got a different filter and a pump being by drain wasn't close its gravity drain. This is my set up I built it up on a box so I can put the pump below and don't have to bend over. I put it behind my dishwasher being next to the sink I could T off the sink water line and drain where the dishwasher does. I will just build it into the counter like it's supposed to be there. Have been using it for 2 months and basically haven't turned it off besides it says overtime and shuts off every so often I give it a half day and fire it back up. Seems to be doing fine I got my $400 I got into it time and time again I guess it won't let me upload a picture but I just build a box with 2x10s and have it sitting on that inder my counter top on the back side of my dishwasher. Hole drilled threw and ran behind the washer into under the sink to drain and get water. Used a shark bite with 1\4 shit off valve to it. Hope that helps

I pick up the wrong machine, wanted the machine that holds water jug on top of the ice maker, my mistake. After routing water line To machine I’m able to make ice. Great machine, thank you.

Everything I hope it would be had trouble keeping enough ice on hand now more than I could ever need. Easy to install easy to use turn it on and walk away. Thank you great product.

Filled a ice chest in 24 hours so far seems great not sure where to get the filters? That is tricky

Works great easy to set up. I wish it had a bigger hopper to store more ice. But it fills up quickly.

The ice maker is working like a charm.... We love it!!!! The summer has been very hot and it is supplying our needs daily because we use a lot of ice.
