Vevor have employed some amazing CS agents. They are happy to help and want to get everything sorted straight away. Plucker is great. After a short soak in 150F water I placed my home grown birds in the plucker 30 seconds later bomb. De-feathered bird. Only a quick rinse required. I will be recommending Vevor to anyone who needs a plucker.

We haven’t used it yet, waiting on our roosters to get a little plumper. When the box arrived everything looked great except for the small dent but it popped out. We did turn it on and tested it but just not with a chicken.

I processed 20 chickens and this plucker made my life so easy. I plucked to big chickens at once, worked better then I expected. I highly recommend this product.

Worked great for the cornish crosses that I processed. I recommend one bird at a time as more than one didn't spin well.

Been wanting this machine for a long time. Finally got one and was not disappointed at all. Cut my de-feathering of chicken time by 75%. Would strongly recommend to others. Hope that it will last. So far, have used it twice and happy both times.

Both items arrived in timely fashion. Plucker was easy to assemble and worked as expected. I like the large wheels and convenient handle. It was easy to roll across the yard. The Turkey fryer was used to heat the scalding water for the feather removal, it heated faster than expected. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the purchases.

Works well if you only put one bird in at a time. If you add more, clumps of feathers gather in the corner of the drum and it eventually jams. There isn't enough space for them to pass through, no matter how much water you spray. Also, mine started rusting before I even used it. Overall Im happy with it, sure beats hand plucking.

This plucker works really great, I used it for very large chickens as well as turkeys. I have zero complaints. Tip- If you use it for turkeys, cut the feet off and remove the large tail feathers and large wing feathers before putting the turkey into the plucker.

The plucker is a great machine for birds around 4-5lbs. At 5lbs they tend to get stuck and tear skin. I would go up a size in pluckers for anything bigger. For smaller birds this plucker I's the bomb, it plucks clean in seconds! I've already recommended it to friends.

It works great only problem is the tube hole needs to be bigger and more to the edge..feathers build up around the edge and stops motor. But other than that its gets the job done
