A bit wobbly, mounting could have been designed a bit better and more secure. Over all: it'll get the job done with intermediate skills. Can be dangerous if you don't wear protective eyes glasses and gloves. When spinning, the wet snake will squirt all over. Take into account where u place it while using. Can go both ways.. as you can see from the pic. I got out quite a bit of roots from the main line. It already paid for itself, first use.When I got done, I just took a shower from all the beautiful things in the sewer, and than i stepped outside again, a bird landed some more beautiful things on me... thanks, super fun times...

For what it is, it definitely paid for itself after the first use. Quiet operation is also a plus. Only downfall is that there’s no wheels to assist in moving this thing as it does have some weight. But, don’t they all? I used the smaller open (not spade) bit to get a feel for where I needed to go. I was surprised that little bit tore out all those roots! (See picture). I then used the larger one to clear out any additional roots that the smaller one may have missed, but it came out clean.

The machine is good but the brackets they welded on for the wheels are welded so you can't use all four bolts making the wheels not so secure.

This item would rate better but was 5 days late! “Prime” customers shouldn’t have to wait like that.

I like this unit for the open spin can where the user can watch the cable feed (you don"t want to kink the cable). When using ,you don't want to get aggressive feeding the cable, take your time. Easy switch for stop, forward and reverse.

Tonight was the first time I had to use this and I hadn't taken it out of the box beforehand. It comes all set up and all you need to do is attach the appropriate head/cutter. The manual was a little lacking in direction, but is easy to figure out. Switch setting 0 is off, 1 spins clockwise, and 2 spins counter-clockwise. You have to feed this manually!A word of caution, this thing spins fast and can very quickly tangle your glove in the line. Get yourself a decent pair of work gloves and just toss the ones that came with this machine. And whatever you do, do not let go of the line while using this machine! You will get whacked with the cable if you lose control.I read some reviews about the cable getting twisted inside the machine. Easy fix is to reverse the spin direction, slowly tap the foot pedal, and ease out the cable until you can release the kink.I love this machine because it saved me hundreds of dollars compared to Roto-Rooter. It paid for itself already.

Call a drainage service normally cost more than $300 in my area, the drain clogs Almost every other year in winter, with purchase this powerful machine, I don’t need worry any more when I heard my wife talking about slow water drainage in the kitchen!

Everything is real good. But the gloves sucked.

Said it was used but bought it anyway. When it came it was like brand new. Looked like never been used and worked perfect. Used all 75 feet! Thanks.

Got it to Clean out my kitchen sink it worked great only took me 2 times to run it through and the clog was gone better then paying the plumber 300 for one time I'll be about to use it over and over the only problem you have to watch out it can get your gloves wrapped around it it moves fast
