This is one of the greatest. The glass pot really makes it nice. Easy to clean, used ever other day and actually produces a full gallon of water quicker than what it states. Confirmed water was free of impurities. Great product!

Works great. I use a timer and the shut off button to stop it before the water completely runs dries, makes the stainless steel easy to clean. Use it for both drinking water and humidifier. Don't have to buy distilled water at the store, just use filtered sink water. Recommend.

The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because there's no pour spout. That would make it much easier to handle. Right now I pour it in my electric kettle carafe then dispense into the container I'll use the water from. Also, I appreciate the reviewer that noted the metal straps for the handles go opposite of how they're coiled. That saved me some time.

I was having trouble getting distilled water for my CPAP machine. So I decided I might as well look into making my own. I don't think I will save much money, but I do have distilled water. One thing I would recommend cleaning it after each batch of distilled water. There will be a lot of residue and it comes clean using the soap powder they give you, or I used white vinegar which cleaned it perfect and leaves no chemicals. A gallon lasts me around 10 days so every 10 days I will make a gallon and I am good to go.

It works great I use twice to 3 times a day every day. Cleans easy with just vinegar added to water . Keep lid.off and boil for 30minutes. Simple....I don't usually recommend item but this is AAAA

I was frustrated not being able to buy distilled water for my CPAP machine or dehumidifiers that I have. I wanted a simple yet elegant device that matched my kitchen decor. I'm happy that this product meets all of those requirements and more. The second photo shows the residue left over after filing the pot with tap water and running it. It was smelly and had a brownish color to it. I have tap water that meets federal standards, and these trace minerals are likely healthy for me to drink, but they are unhealthy for me to breathe through my CPAP or dehumidifier. I will recoup my money from not buying distilled water or paying for gas to find stores that carry it.

Very impressed, the manufacturer actually called to inquire how the product is working! This is outstanding, simply because customer service is exceptionally rare, today! The simple fact that the manufacturer is doing a follow-up for the functionality of the unit, means it produces quality. I'm pleased! Oh yes...the item is great! Simple to use, and the water taste crisp and clean!DD
