really works it helps clearing our drain and I was amazed when I got a lot of roots from the drain that came from my Palm tree roots. now my drain are cleared and no more worries when it rain. No more stress and no more flooding my side yards.

I must of misread, but it came with 60 foot of cable, so need to order additional.

Item did not come with any instructions, and the bits provided did not fit on product either cable. Why have 5/8 cable and 3/4 bits?

Every year for the past several years, we have had to pay someone to unclog our sink drain. This year we decided to invest in an electronic auger. Running the small snake unclogged our drain, and the long attachment really cleaned out the drain. I would give 5 stars except for it not coming with instructions. Luckily my husband was able to put it together and figure out how to use it pretty easily. Once he figured it out, it was super easy to use.

Item was received damaged which may have been a result of shipping. The fan cover on the bottom of the snakes motor was pushed up into the motor causing 2 of the 3 cast attachment points to break off. The machine seems to work fine with the cover removed. The seller was willing to work with me and offered a parcial refund for the damage. Thank you. As of right now the machine seems to work fine and gets the job done. The quality of the machine seems to be solid and decent for the price. Just be careful with the snake cable not to kink it. If you are careful and take it slow you should be fine.

Where I live plumbers charge anywhere from $200 to $400 to come out identify the issue and do what ever they need to do. I have used many manual snakes and will never go back to them again thanks to this auto snake. It took me less then 20 mins to clear a clog I was putting hours into. I would highly recommend this to a friend and everyone else with drain issues.
