Product arrived intact and in a timely manner. The kit included required screws, concrete anchors, and instructions. It appears to be sturdy, and attractive.

Sturdy, classy and easy to install

Paint was chipped and had to be touched up. The top of the posts were open and had to be closed off to keep the rain out.

Very strong and sturdy. I recently broke 2 bones and tore ligaments in my ankle so I need a good strong handrail. This fits the bill.

Easy to install

I am quite please with the railing. The instructions should say to assemble the unit completely before drilling the holes.

Good looking handrail. Had to buy screws for wooden stairs. I am not the most "handy" man so install took longer than expected. Top post not perfectly straight but it will do. If you are good at these things, you will probably be ok. It would be a bit fragile in a high traffic spot.

The rails install easy, if you have the right tools. I installed on cement steps. The only thing I would consider changing is making the metal "foot" thicker to avoid bending at the base even with the four securing bolts.

Only ordered this because my husband has cancer and having trouble with his balance going up and down the steps on our front porch. We didn't need something really sturdy, just something to hold onto. I ordered this railing because it wasn't too expensive but at least enough to work for us. I had no way to install it myself in concrete steps, so I hired a local guy to put it up for me. It was assembled and installed in about an hour. I was shocked at how sturdy and good it looked! It was money well spent!!
