For the most part I am happy with the railing. I do wish you could adjust the height of the railing. As others have reviewed we purchased additional heavy duty anchoring bolts. The ones that came with railing were not heavy/strong enough. Be careful when lining up bracket-holes. We held in place and marked the 8 holes with a permanent marker. We could only could get 3 in each bracket . Possibly drill went in on an angle. Still with only 3 it is in place and sturdy. I plan to either plug up holes or use a different anchor . I also touched up all silver bolts with black paint .

The instructions were simplified in that it was an illustration, however without directions or detailed information for installation we had to do a google search to determine we needed a 3/8” drill bit to install this railing. They included a finish look for the base screws by providing covers, however the screws on the rail handles could have been painted white to match our color selection to give it more of a finished look as well.

Our church alter has 4 stairs for the pastor to climb up. He is now approaching 90 years old and I felt he needed some stability. We purchased 2 as a donation and installed. They blended beautifully with the architecture of the alter and provide him with durable support. Very sturdy, high quality. Would absolutely recommend. Of note, these were installed in wood, not concrete.

We love the way these railings look - we bought two - and the way they enhance our property.As we are older people we had a professional install them.

This product was really nice and super heavy/sturdy. Make sure you measure really good before you order. This wouldn’t fit my stairs and it doesn’t adjust well.I returned it and the seller was very easy to work with and my refund was processed very quickly.

Could not find a metric bit for anchors locally, poor instructions, bought my own anchors separately, happy with results

Good looking handrail! A nice addition to our house!

Nice railings - bought 6 - first install had to figure out how big to drill hole in concrete as uses metric and all i had was standard drill bits. After That the other kits were installed in half an hour.

Handrail itself is attractive and seems sturdy. However securing it to concrete is very problematic. Holes in the base are too close to post. Holes on base were too close to post. It was very difficult to drill holes in concrete to align with base. A template for where to drill holes would have cost them nothing and the job would have been much easier. Instuctions for using their bolts nonexistent . I ended up buying lead anchors and galvanized lag bolts.
