Really good product love it

The mixer is very sturdy, powerful, and easy to use. It has a crank handle that you have to tighten onto the machine, but other than that it is plug and play. The first thing I did when I unboxed it was make bread dough. It I made a 2 baguette size dough and it didn't quite fill the 15 qt pot (But honestly how could it) This definitely is for Commercial Large Batch applications. And I say that it is a great price as most other brands for this size mixer are in the range of $2000 to $3000. You get the same capacity and quality for $500. What a bargain! Again....it is a larger mixer so read the product description carefully.

I ordered this for my wife's gluten free bakery. This thing was a game changer for her business. Works flawless, easy to use and clean. I would recommend buying one.

We like it so far, it’s very powerful and produces low noise. We use it to mix flour for baking bread. So far we have no complaints.

Nice mixer that works well once you find your groove with it. Would be even better if it had another level for a slower speed. The fastest speed is way too fast.Excellent customer service.Thank you for your assistance and prompt responses.

I have been using it for about 2 years no mechanical problems only thing is that where u connect the attachments a small plug came out and dropped small metal parts but I cleaned it and it’s all good. I might buy another soon.

Researched this extensively for my wife's commercial kitchen. So far, 2 months in, it's been fantastic. No problems whatsoever. It is HEAVY! 2 person job to get it to counter height. Some assembly required but not a big deal with supplied tools. Well balanced, doesn't move on the counter. It is Chinese but for the price of a comparable Hobart, you could buy 3 of these.
