When it arrives you have to buy a plug and put it on. The instructions are so small you’ll need to have good glasses to read this. You will also need a 35 amp plug outlet to plug it into. We had to hire an electrician for this because we have a small mom and pop place with limited outlets. The plug had to be isolated just for this toaster. Also you will have to tighten the conveyor belt because once you do finally get it plugged in it won’t move. It also takes time to adjust to your preferred toasting standards.With that all being said after it does get to working properly it works great! It does it’s job and helps with kitchen production. We got the one that toast 450 in an hour. So far so good. Will update review if needed after we have used it for a while.
