I really liked the directions with clear photos that were included with the vacuum chamber. Everything was simple to put together. Hoping the pump works. I have yet to try

It's good for the price. It works, but the instructions aren't very clear and the suction is a little lacking. If you don't need a very strong vacuum, this will work just fine for you.

I ordered one of these pumps about a month ago. The pump arrived covered in oil - the vacuum pump oil bottle broke in shipping. I requested a replacement and customer service did not offer to replace it, as the item was "out of stock". I was told it would be "a while" with no clear indication of timeline. They did offer to reimburse if I would tell them the price of the oil ahead of time. This was terrible customer service, leaving me with a pump that I couldn't use and having to run around and find another supplier to get my oil. The pump is fine, and now that I have gone out and purchased my own replacement oil, it's working great. For the bad service, I give a 1 star quality review. Because this interaction has proven Vevor to be an unreliable vendor, I will not be ordering any equipment from them in the future.

I haven’t had any issues with it. I was skeptical due to the reviews but it works great. There no useful instructions for this product lol. Simply use YouTube and you’ll be fine. Definitely buy some extra oil.

Works as I expected, does a good job

Works as described and quality materials. My only issue is no oil and no info about which grade of oil to use. Include a 20ml starter sample and info about which oil to use. Thx
