the unit works great the only problem is i haven't been able to get different size blades and the other maf. blades fit the valvor unit

This is the best chopper I have used to date. Wish grid was a tad smaller in size for onions but works great and would buy again. Easy to assemble.

This dicer is made of a heavy metal. It has secure footing and the drop block glides up and down easily. This will work great for small vegetables. I used it with russet potatoes and it was a bit more of a task. It certainly was much better than doing them by hand but required a bit of forceful energy on the drop block.I do recommend this but would encourage the individual who plans on heavy use to purchase the large grid head.

The 9% of people who gave this a 1 star are smoking crack.I've worked as a prep cook and I'm very familiar with these units. Seeing how I've diced more vegetables in a month than most people do in a lifetime, listen to my recommendation. This is quality and well built. It's a great purchase.
