My husband need a motor for a tumbler he was building, it is put together and running great.

I used it on my metal lath

Installation is not yet complete so I don't yet know about the starting performance and the run performance.1. The motor data is incomplete because the starting characteristics are not spelled out. So I don't know if the starting winding will give good service or it will be like other Chinese motors that typically have poor starting winding life.2. The motor appears to be TEFC however nowhere does it say so. I can only guess that it is actually TEFC. That's a fire safety issue.3. Nowhere in the received information does it indicate sleeve bearings vs ball bearings. Need to know!Submitted by FGH.

Great motor for my project. Very happy with it.

Works perfectly for me. A high quality motor at a great price. I haven't had any issues with it at all.

Wire diagram was extremely easy to follow. Already had wires segregated and in line to what theu should be. So hookup was a breeze. Turns on and works fine.There was small damage to back cover over plastic fan. Was not a big issue. I straightened it and put cover back on. Does not hit or rub after the fix.Is slightly noisier then the old motor but that is to be expected as the old motor was a different type and oiled bearing case motor.Seems to work as it should and run the compressor just fine.

Good motor but mot easy to hook up.. If your not an electrican then it's not easy to hook..
