I bought this for my south bend lathe, it works really nicely, I was able to wire the factory drum switch to work with the reverse rotation wiring of the motor, it’s every bit as strong as when the original was working good. I would buy this again.

Purchased a harbor freight motor same hp same revs installed and ten minutes of use would stop due to over heating. Went online found website for this motor same size in hp and revs as harbor freights junk. installed and have not been let down yet and that was just over 1 month ago will buy again if i ever need another motor

Put this one on my small South Bend 9A metal lathe. Originally it was a 1/4hp motor from WWII. Replaced it with this 3/4hp version and wow what a difference! This motor has a fairly large connection box which makes wiring it much easier. Also has no internal connection lugs only the wires. Made it easier to wire my forward/reverse drum switch. Overall a great motor for the money. I would certainly consider buying another one for the lathe I’m currently rebuilding.

Great electric motor, Great air flow from the rear cooling fan, Great price. I made it fit on my project, I replaced a Dayton 3/4 HP with this 1 HP same 1725 RPM just a little more service power. I am very satisfied and I will have to order another one for a spare backup. I installed it on a Kiddy Ride, 12 seat Swings - Merry Go Around. I hope to get many hours of service from this motor.

Motor worked great on my squirrel cage had nice wide base 1800 rpms worked find on my hot air furnace I will buy this motor again for the price it is a no brainer . the amp draw was under my old one

domestic electric motors cost a lot, so i gave the chinese motor a try. as soon as i got it, i put through the paces to make sure it works before the guarantee runs out. no smoking, no sparks etc. it works!

Great price on the motor, appears to be well made and the info plate confirms motor power. Great compressor replacement motor. Only time will tell if it lasts.

Compression machine we use for the lab would have been thousands to replace. Wanted a TEFC motor to replace the ODP motor that gets concrete dust, other dust, and chunks of concrete in it during use. Worked perfectly, pump operated wonderfully. Louder than I expected, but it's a 1HP motor - I didn't expect silence either!
