It's really heavy, haven't used it yet, got the drain cleared before it got here, but will make the next clog easier to remove, hopefully!!

The electric snake we have was much too big and we needed a commercial product that would work just as well on smaller pipes. We purchased with attachments, and within the first hour, all our issues were resolved. It was easy to use and to clean up with is was finished. The snake is now in storage, where we hope it stays for a long time.

This auger did the trick. I used the cutting blades to get through some roots growing into the line and it worked well. You need to be careful and understand how it works as it can catch your gloves and tangle up around your hand quickly. I dont recommend using the gloves provided.

I bought this product last month. Not only did it arrive earlier than expected it performed amazingly. Couldn’t beat the price either. I can say I have no issues or complaints and am very satisfied. It came with all parts and instructions and was very clear on how to use it. I highly recommend this product for those who need one at home.

last time I had trouble with My sewer system it cost Me big bucks and 6 hours, this time I got this unit and with in 30 minutes of it arriving I was clear as could be, Saved a load of $ also, Very easy to use and set up, as I am disabled and was still able to handle it.

Package arrived a few days early, was just what the company needed. Being from a small community with one plumber in town and high labor cost it was cheaper to buy than hire them. product meets all our needs and is easy to use.

I like that it came with instruction and all the bits. It needed wheels, which I will add.

We used to fix our drainage problem between kitchen sink and the main pipe, about 25 ft, 2-inches pipe. Because of the 2- inches pipe, we only could use the two smaller bits, and they fixed our problem.

Easy setup easy use. Cleared the drain we were having issues with. Delivered on time without a hitch. Highly recommend.
