All glass pieces arrived safely! Only 2 feet of hose., not 2 meters.

Update*Seller offered a full refund and to replace unit. Increased rating to reflect the customer service and seller. I have not used the product yet.The heater looks badly damaged upon arrival. Plug is a 220V not a 110V, you would need a converter to use it. Really disappointed at this product, since it is the most affordable kit to start steam distillation. The heater is also just a electronic stove top heater, may be easier to purchase one yourself more reliable!

Individual parts looked good so got the set. It was well packaged with no breakage. 2 kW/220 heater was listed but 1 kW/110V was supplied, which is not hot enough to make a good steam flow through the 2 liter extraction flask. Using an old 1.5 kW heater until i can find a larger one.I received a extraction flask with 40/38 upper joint, which is great for filling and cleaning but means the U-tube to the condenser can not connect directly to the boiling flask for simple distillation. A standard 24/40 elbow can be used (eg. https://amazon.com/dp/B07CGRHV34 ) to make an effective short-path still.A flask full of aromatic orange peels gave about 10 drops of oil.

Love my distiller. I get a high yield of essential oil, the quality is great and you get everything you need to distill!!

This product is pretty good, theglassware arrive without any cracks and functions well. However the stand is extremely flimsy and the hot plate stopped getting hot enough to make the water boil after one use.

Everything arrived in good condition, but the heating element is only 1KW. This is unfortunate, because one of the specific points made in the listing is that it is a 2KW heater.
