The instructions are vague. The timer on the Heat Press does not automatically start when the press is engaged. Tech support gave me incorrect instructions twice. I was going to return it but luckily when searching other heat presses I found a video for a similar press. To start the Timer the down arrow must be pressed once the heat press is engaged. I decided to keep the press because overall it appears to be a great heat press.

Not too many instructions included, but easy to out together. Have been using for a year, apart from a couple of temperature glitches, it's worked perfectly. Just wish it had come with a long tumbler press attachment, or mug attachment to better cover 16oz mugs. Overall a great purchase for me

I bought this Vevor as my first heat press and so far am really happy with it. It was super easy to put together and a great beginner press if you are just getting into HTV and sublimation like I am. I really like that it came with the attachments to press 4 different sizes of mugs, hats, and plates so I can experiment with various materials. It is also a swing away so I feel like my chance of getting burned accidentally is greatly reduced. The instructions were easy to follow and I absolutely love how easy the digital screen is to use. The base of the press is plastic so it's not super heavy duty but I only use it to do a few projects a week. The heating has been pretty even and the pressure knob is easy to adjust. The press heats up decently quick and the only thing I don't like is how much it beeps at me so I constantly have to hit the power button to stop it (might be user error?). Otherwise I have been very happy with this and would recommend it to the casual crafter just getting into HTV and sublimation.
