I cant believe that I actually RCVD this item in 2 days! Every note is precisely tuned(as described) The product is well made and color is vibrant(got the RED!) Easy to play with fingers as well as the mallets. Personally I prefer finger play than mallet meditation( I use mine as part of my meditation) Well, .....was gonna upload both finger and mallet play but Amazon only allows me to upload 1 video. Pic 1 shows the item as rcvd. I removed the side trimming. Gold and brown crochet trimming looks kinda tacky to me. The sound is very pleasant, not as ethereal as my 12" tongue drum(8 notes). But the 14 notes are great. It allows me to "play" various "songs" since its 2 octaves.Wife made me keep the stickers on this one because my daughter loves playing it. The song book that came with this is.....well,useless in so many words. So I decided to create my own.I uploaded a few here. Now my daughter loves playing her fav songs. 7-27 ADD: those who said that it can't be played with hands/fingers are incorrect. The tongue drum is a totally different instrument from the HANGDRUM. it requires new method of fingering/playing. I play 95% of the time with fingers than mallets. many tones can be achieve with finger play than mallets. Unfortunately, Amazon only allow me to upload 1 video.
