Arrived in good condition, a lot smaller overall then I expected. Although the measurements were listed, I just overlooked them. I was however overly impressed with the output of this machine after use. Pretty quiet in operating, would be ideal for a back bar, mini bar, or wet bar area, or any place that has limited space. Does put off some operational heat, though anything that cools/freez will.overall I decided to keep this unit for my personal home use, and go bigger on the next one. This was my first equipment purchase from VEVOR, and I will not hesitate to order again. Great experience from order, to delivery, and setting everything up. Thank you VEVOR.

This product is certainly "easy to install". I put that in quotes, since you need a water line coming in, and a drain line going out. It's very easy, in that it just plugs into your power outlet (no hard wiring), but if you aren't particularly handy you might need a plumber to run those lines for you. But it's not a complicated install either way.

I purchased this ice machine for our small coffee shop, it's perfect for us! We needed something compact and affordable and this fit nicely under the counter where we had removed a cabinet. We've only been using it for a month and are currently in our slow season so once spring break rolls around and the demand for ice increases I will try to come back and give an update.As I said, we have only been using our machine for about a month and we love it!
