It was very easy to set up under the sink and works well.The only complaint I have is that it leaves about 5-10% of the water at the bottom of the 5 gallon jug as it cannot reach low enough in the grooves.

I hate how the typical water dispensers look so I installed this under my sink and is connected to a small water faucet on my counter. Looks great and works just as described.
