Package was damaged. Finish on motor housing was scuffed up pretty good. Item work's properly but having it damaged right out of box was very disappointing.

I've been using Flex shafts for over 40 years. This looked like a direct copy of a Foredom SR series and that's exactly what it is, only it is half the price. The foot pedal in the handpiece are kind of iffy but the motor and the shaft itself, the stuff I really needed, so far seems great. One thing about the arrival is that: in the warehouse or *somewhere* the box had become wet and there was a strong smell of mold when I opened it. I just took the stuff out and put the box outside.

Key to change out bits is a bit clumsy and doesn't fit chuck very well.

Wasn't expecting this to be as well made as it is and reversible as well.Comes with a nice pedal as well.Lots of tork and RPMsI like it

I was thinking that this would be risky but turned out good .The first one I returned because it wasn't working correctly. I'm impressed with this and worth the price. As some others have said the handle did heat up, to fix this I took handle apart then drilled vent holes in handle tube then use oil with molybdenum. The handle runs nice and cool now.

After reading the reviews and then purchasing and installing, I realize that this product has one reoccurring theme as of a flaw. People get the product and there's something wrong with it, whatever it is, mine happened to be that the Chucck didn't come with the key. And then they're happy with the rest of the machine. It's just you have to fix the one problem that's wrong with it.
