Shelter from the storm
I bought this for winter storage of my BMW F650. It's at its limits for the bike with the panniers still on. It could use a tag in front to orient the cover. I forgot to tighten the uprights, so I got under it with the cover on after a few days. The cover had some delamination around the underside Velcro attachment points from the wind. It hasn't affected the water repellancy. The wind hasn't bothered it much, but it is on a semi-enclosed porch. I had to add a thick piece of cardboard under the cover on top of the uprights to prevent water from ponding in between the uprights. I purchased this knowing it won't last forever. But for the price, it should last a few years seasonally.

It will work
I have soft ground, so there's no way to keep it down in high winds, which I experienced the first day I set one up. Though it did not blow away, it did uncover what I was trying to keep dry.

Watch a YouTube video on set up, then it's an easy assembly.
Once I got my brain wrapped around how this went together it took maybe an hour to set up. Super simple design, so far it has held together very nicely. I haven't experienced any weather with it yet, but the fabric feels like it will resist rain nicely. Also the vents are simple to use and also allow you to see inside the shelter to make sure all is good in there. The two big things with this are A) WATCH YOUTUBE. The instructions aren't very detailed. And B) For wind, you'll most definitely want to affix this to the earth somehow. Tent stakes, screw it into a board under the frame, just something to keep it from tipping over or blowing away.
