The railing fixed an issue on new construction where the first vertical post needed to be on the first stair rather than on the concrete. It looks good and will serve our purpose. This would have been a 5 star rating except for two things. The packaging came damage and there were loose screws in the box that had come out of the plastic bag. The second one was damaged also but not quite as bad. There needs to be more packing at the ends of the box as the pipes slide and cut the cardboard. The other thing that would be nice would be a plug for the open ends of the pipe. My daughter got badly stung because a hornets nest was inside a railing and she did not know it. I have a 3D printer so I just printed some plugs. The outside diameter is 2 inches and the inside diameter is 1 15/16 inches.

Quality product. Every thing included for insulation except drill bit. Looks good after installation. Planning on ordering another one for another door.

great product for the price, looks great and does the job

This is a wonderful product. The circumference on the handrail is large enough that my mother's arthritic hands have no problem gripping. The rails are smooth, so they're nice to grab, but they can be a little slippery, but not enough to cause gripping problems -- or not enough to cause problems for my parents.

Quite flexible re using, anchors well, good addition to steps.

Sturdy, stylish and easy to install since I had my grandson do it for me

This is a sturdy handrail. However I returned it because I ordered one that was too big for the space.

We have two brick steps on the front porch and needed this for my mother-in-law. It fits great and is very sturdy.

Would most certainly recommend quality product!

Only had one side of stairs with a railing. Mom's getting older a likes the extra rail guves her a lot more stability on stairs. Very high quality and look nice. Wasn't hard to install just needed some different screws to mount.
