For some reason in the usb received in the package there was no video on how to do the contour cut, is one of the most important things i bought it for. i tried reaching the customer service but had no response, any information would be apreciate it.

My cutter is awesome! I can’t rave enough about it…you guys did a great job putting this machine together and it’s the reason I will continue to purchase products made by you guys.

I am not sure if the product defect was caused during shipping or if it was a manufacturing defect. However, more importantly, I have not received a response from customer service after contacting them about an exchange. I am planning to request a refund. I am wondering what kind of response I will get when I try to do so.

I took time in responding to this review. First of all I was not able to assemble the cutter right away and secondly I wanted to know how well it would work. I have it all set up and have cut several images with it and have done most of the calibrations. It has performed beautifully for me so far. Set up was easy and since I have been in this business for 35 years I was very satisfied with every aspect of this purchase. It was delivered in a short period of time and was not damaged. It is a very nice looking cutter and operates like a much more expensive one. It is easy to use and the software is very good. There a lots of YouTube tutorials and the manual is also very helpful. I really am pleased with the unit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice cutter at a great price, Vevor is the place to go. I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to seeing what I can create with it.

I love it! Easy to set up and run. $500 for this or $5000 for a graphtec? I like this one just as good. Also I love the built in light.

I was extremely hesitant on buying this as it's far cheaper than the name brand models I've used over the years in sign shops. But so far I'm impressed! Setup was easy, machine and stand were easy to assemble and I've already put it to work!

where do yo purchase the vinyl for this machine.

I purchased a heat press from Vevor and needed a vinyl cutter as well. The assembly was super easy and it works great. You may need to research how to install the program in your PC, as it doesn't work on iOS.
