This a great option for having frozen drinks at home. There is a bit of a learning curve to using it, but once you have the hang of it, you'll be hosting the best cookout on the block! I would add as a tip to future users that having a thermal covering (as simple as a towel) for the fluid reservoirs will GREATLY decrease freezing time, especially if using in the warmer months.

Recieved the machine ontime. It was well packaged , however the machine bottom had a lot of scratches and scrapes in it. Definitelylooks like someone used it before I recieved it. The handles seem to be made of a flimsy plastic. They feel like they will possible break sooner than later. I wish the handles were sturdier. I may have to buy new handles that are metal so that the guest can pull the lever without feeling like it may be the last time to use the plastic handle. I will have to see about how to replace them before they break. Directions were not very clear on how to use and also with the temperature to be used to make sure it doesn't over freeze.The prosThe machine works and make slushies in about an hour. Easy to clean the machine and break down the machine.Will let you know how the machine continues to work in a few months.

Item shipped quickly. Arrived on time and as described.

We bought it for residential use. The unit was very easy to set up and tear down to clean. However, actual use had to be done through trial and error. The touch pad works great, but temp is Celsius with no option for Fahrenheit. You have to figure out at what temp to set the machine to for a good slush. Overall, I would buy again.

Large capacity

I’ve had a few weeks. Packaging was excellent. Setup easy, makes slushees great. Manual a bit thin wish had more info on cleaning.
