I picked this up to load pallets of books into my trailer. My previous ramps weren't up to the task, but this plate has been working great. These pallets are around 1,000 LBS and the plate hasn't bent or shown any damage at all. I'm pretty satisfied with it.
Why are other dock plates so expensive? I have no idea. This one works great for us, even on oversized pallets. It’s probably about 50 pounds and requires 5 minutes of simple assembly.
Very sturdy. Supports garden tractor. Make sure the lifting brackets are on bottom. Top has recessed screws. Arrived in great condition. Arrived two days sooner than estimate.
