works as it should. there's a bit of play in the tube the higher you use it. BUT you're saving almost $100 buying this over a name brand similar item. does the same job. super easy to assemble. 10/10 I got 2 of them.
Worked exactly as designed. Easy to extend and lift. Wheel was missing when I received them, had fallen out of the box during shipping. Customer service promptly had another sent. All good!
Its a well built unit and very sturdy, only issue I saw was the lack of a thrust bearing under the support which I easily rectified via amazon for $7. Now it glides up and down easily and will never bind.
