The machine originally arrived damaged during the shipping process. Vevor was extremely responsive and immediately shipped out a replacement machine. Once we received a working machine it was super simple to setup and the machine operates, greatly! We have cold lemonade to serve our customers and they love it!

Good device. Keeps beverages cool. Only problem I had was...the screws on the motor that spins the cooling paddle keep loosening so sometimes the paddle slips out of the groove and stop working. I had to use lock tight gel on it to keep it from loosening.

For the Price I truly wasn't expecting for this machine to be so good, but I stand corrected. Works great makes our production for our product much faster and easier to make. Plan to buy another. Depending on what you are using it for the tanks are a good size for a small or medium sized business, but definitely good enough to get you started if you are on a budget. A plus
