Overall we do really like this product but we found one key problem. Overall length of this unit is 69 in and I cannot find a mobility carrier that goes into the Reese hitch of a truck for this scooter. It will fit in the back of a Ford ranger with a 60-in truck bed but the back luggage compartment hangs over in the tailgate barely closes. I would love to see vivore start selling a compatible mobility scooter platform for the back of a vehicle because getting this in and out of a truck with ramps it's very precarious for somebody with disabilities. What also love to see maybe this have a fourth speed capability but on the lower end of the range so it would be a walking speed also an optional thumb control or foot pedal control would also be very useful. Otherwise know what other complaints it is very good looking we took it to a theme park and got tons of compliments on it. The headlight puts out just in the flight for the speeds that it works at top speed will go about 30 mph and we are able to run it all day at a theme park without having to go through recharge cycle.

I’ve have not put that many miles on my scooter, I have had fun with it & it takes where I want to go. It doesn’t even come close to getting 40 miles on a single charge more like 20 miles on a single charge. It’s not what I expected it to be. It’s been down for repaires more time than I’ve been able to ride it. Hope once this latest repair is done I will be able to ride it more…

First time driving I Took a turn to sharp and ended up on the ground. Not as easy as you think to drive. I wish they had an add on that makes it impossible to turn to sharp seems like that would be easy to make. First use was yesterday so can’t comment on battery. Having problems with the seat seeming loose have to wait till my grandson comes over to check it out because I can’t get down that low to look. Over all nice product for the money.

Later, will it be difficult, to replace/upgrade the included battery with a lithium ion battery? Can I simply plug the new battery in and it should work? OR is there more to it than that, if I want to upgrade to lithium ion, after I use up original batter pack?
