First, the machine is really nice. I love the look of it, it's a beautiful yellow color, it's very sturdy and seems to be very durable. I bought this to replace an older vending machine I've had for years that I keep on my kitchen counter, so it's entirely for personal use and I'm not a vending machine expert.
The item came fully assembled, but without an instruction manual. When I attempted to use it, the quarter wouldn't slide down enough into the slot for the dial to turn. Without a manual, there was no way to troubleshoot in order to confirm the unit was assembled correctly. I also wanted to convert the unit to a free spin, so including the instructions would have been helpful for that purpose as well.
I ended up doing some online research and I was ultimately able to figure it out, but it did require complete disassembly of the entire dial component. Again, including some sort of instruction manual, or having the ability to download it from the website would have saved a lot of time and frustration.
However, now that it's done, I do love it!
