Bought the hood about a month ago but still have not figured out how to mount it. I like the idea but I'm lost as to how can be fitted to my Dewalt 10 miter saw. I'll update this when I get it mounted or when I return it.

Great dust collector for your saw!
I have fought with my miter saw dust problem for several months trying to make a bunch of dust collecting hoods or devices to make the dust cloud more tolerable, and even considered selling the saw and using something else that doesn’t cause a huge cloud of dust in my shop and then I saw a video of this dust hood being used and I was SOLD, and I purchased one. It is so Easy to set up and you can use it on other saws in your shop just by removing 2 wing nuts and installing it on another Big Dust Cloud saw in your shop!!! All I can say is this Vevor miter saw hood is the BEST dust collection hood anyone can buy and works GREAT on my saw!!!! DUST CLOUD problem in my shop is solved and anyone having the same problem I was having with dust from miter saw can’t go wrong by purchasing this Dust Hood assembly!!!!!!

Works great once you figure out how to install!
There were no instructions included with this, which made it very confusing to install. I was able to download the instructions for the Rousseau 5000 (the name brand this appears to be copied from), and that made it relatively easy to figure out. The ribs are attached together for shipping, so the bolt must be removed and then they can be attached at just the upper bolt location on each side (so they can rotate into position). Then the "L" bracket can be attached to both bolts to hold it into position. I have attached a photo of the way I attached mine, so hopefully this will help others understand how it works. Overall (aside from the lack of instructions), this appears to be a very good quality product and works great. I have a sliding miter saw and it is able to cut in all directions with no issues (although removing the dust bag was necessary, but seems to be better anyway since the dust gets collected that way). I expect a much cleaner chop saw area now!
