Feed with Ease
The door of our walk in chicken run is divided into two parts, so you don't have to open the whole door to feed. It is easy to feed and prevent animals from escaping.
Built to Last
Our chicken cage is constructed with a strong frame and ground-covering mesh, solid enough to keep your poultry or pets from escaping and secure from predators.
I was skeptical going in, but when it arrived and taken out of the box, it was super easy and very well organized. Can’t wait to move my chickens into it.
Very easy to assemble, no brainer. Sturdy metal frame with "slide & pop" assembly, much like camping pipes. Everything needed was in the package. The lattice was more than enough to cover the whole structure, but it is made of very thin covered wire. For $200 bucks, I was really interested in the structure. The mesh I will replace according to my standards. Honestly, I wanted an overhead cover because if big birds, but I am not leaving the chickens in it overnight, so I am not concerned about predator breaching.
Thank you for offering this nice chicken run!
I looked lal over for something not real expensive that I could use as a chicken holding cage for my younger chickens until they could run with the larger ones. I came across this one and have not been disappointed. It's held up well and has done the job. It was real easy to put together or at least it was to me, I had it up in no time. It's containing my younger chickens very well.
This product was exactly what we wanted to let our chickens out in. In fact we liked it so much we recently purchased another. One to keep our chickens in, and the other to cover our strawberries to keep birds out. This is a well thought out product that we can move around easily, with both of us being in our mid-late sixties. It was fairly easy to assemble, with plenty of ties to hold the mesh together.
Nice cage for the price , easy to set up and quality is not to bad , should last awhile , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Turkey Grow Out- okay, should have spent more money for something better
For the price, okay…. However, the bottom half door only opens into about a 45 degree angle, the green fencing that goes all over breakf easily, the zip ties are so thin that I bought 2 (100) packs of zip ties at tractor supply to reinforce it. We luckily had some left over poultry needing we put around the whole run at night, and we had some bricks to lay around the bottom. You will 100% need to purchase additional items to make this run safe. If you truly care about the animals you’re responsible to protect on your land, you need get more zip ties, hardware cloth, and another roll or two of chicken wire. At the end of the day, we would have rather spent a couple hundred dollars more and bought an outdoor dog kennel and predator proofed it instead… which is what we did when we thought about buying another one of these
And yes, we followed the directions to a T, dotted our i’s, crossed our T’s… took a break to see if we came back to it later that maybe we missed something. If you need something right now, get it. But be prepared to do a lot of work to it.
This was very easy to assemble except the chicken wire. You definitely need two people to assemble the wire. The coating on the wire you weave to keep the chicken wire together is a major pain, as the coating on the wire comes off when threading it through the chicken wire. When trying to pull tight the poles bend, as they are not heavy quality. Overall it’s not bad and it’s technically mobile which is nice. But there are no options for where you want to put the door. And there is only one door. It would be nice if it had a smaller door for the chickens to get in and out.
This was very easy to put together. The mesh is good quality.
Stretching the wire so that there were no sags was a challenge but we got it.
I would purchase another if we need it.
