These rails are very heavy duty, I'm using them for a Router sled and the router is a 3.25 hp makita and it is very heavy but these rails have not problems with sagging

The guide blocks for the two sets of rails are different sizes with different hole patterns. Also, the blocks for the 1200mm rails have through holes while the blocks on the 2200mm rails are not drilled all the way through. I can see no reason for the blocks to be different. This made measuring and drilling the acrylic pieces that came with the 2200mm rail much more difficult. In contrast the through holes on the 1200mm rail blocks made it very easy to mark and drill out the acrylic router plate. Please consider using the same through drilled blocks for ALL your guide rails and your future customers should be much happier with their purchases. You might also consider selling acrylic pieces that are designed to connect the guide blocks on the 2200mm guide to the end stops on the cross rails. Having the acrylic pieces all pre drilled would make assembly much easier. Thank you, Bob McRae Bob.mcrae@gmail.com

Bought these (2200mm and 1000mm) to make a router sled for flattening a large desktop I'm making. They worked great; looking forward to having another opportunity to use them. One minor issue was that one of the slider dropped some ball bearing during shipment, but Vevor took care of it right away.

The rails are wonderful and work as described. Quality piece. Would have been nice if screws were available as I had to go to hardware store and purchase screws. Also, I would have liked is if the Router Plate was made available, a plate with drilled out holes that match up with the rail slides. If I missed something, please respond back with a part number for the plate....if none available then I will have to make one.......would prefer one that is already made with perfectly aligned screw holes already made. Other than that, good quality and quick shipping...

I see a lot of reviews on these sub level 4. Folks your getting \"good accuracy\" for a VERY CHEAP price. If you want betting quality, guess what, it costs major bucks! To Daniel with the router sled, you installed them upside down. The axial load is at its least support the way you have it. I suggest buying the 20mm full bearing SBR20 Linear Slide Rails instead. These are VERY good quality for the price.

Sled rails.
Good bearings, made a router sled rolls easily and smoothly on the rails. Bearing blocks use four 6mm screws. I lasered a mounting plate from 1/4" acrylic to mount the Vevo rails.
