Sturdy and rust proof
I bought this as a gift to my husband and he has it set up outdoors. It has rained multiple times and been through storms and it’s in great shape (just about rust proof). I’d suggest purchasing plate weights to supply support for the bag mount if you’re hanging heavy bags. For smaller bags(100bls and under) the mount is heavy enough on its own.

Super sturdy!
Didn’t know how this would work for my 100 pound heavy bag, but it works great. The long legs make it sturdy and able to hold the bag. I have this in my garage and think it will stay in good shape out of the weather, but I may have it coated with a rust proofer, just in case. Super easy to put together. You’ll need some basic tools, a screwdriver and wrench or socket set. I was able to do it myself in less than 30 minutes.

One of the better bag stands on the market
This is a great punching bag stand. I really like the design. Except for the folding ability. It doesn’t fold easily, requires a lot of work and its just not worth the attempt. But besides that this stand is definitely one of the better stands i have worked with. I currently have a 100 ld bag attached to it and it works great. I give it all i have and it doesn’t move at all. Very sturdy. I like the height adjustment on it too. I highly recommend grabbing one of these for your home gym, it has made a huge impact for me.

Great addition to our gym
Our workout room was pretty tight so I needed a stand that would fit in a small area. I put this together myself being a 51-year-old woman it was fairly easy. The only problem was attaching the hook on the top where the bag hangs from. The instructions were not clear on that process. I definitely needed two more people to help with the height adjustment and hanging the bag. I did not drill the stand into the ground but used to weight plates to keep the stand in place.

Great punching bag but keeps falling down after multiple heavy hits
Having this stand is a great way to exercise in my basement with limited height space. The assembly was relatively easy and sturdy, but the stand falls if you go heavy on the bag. This was perfect for my son’s children boxing bag. I love that it’s adjustable so he can use it as he grows and it was easy to put together.
