Stainless Steel Construction
Our heat lamp commercial is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel material, with a brushed finish, fully welded for strong durability. It is accessible from three sides.
Detachable Drain Board & Pan
It comes with a perforated drainboard and a drip pan for draining excess oil from fried food, which is detachable for easy and quick cleanup. The bent board design facilitates fast draining.
Infrared Heating Element
The U-shaped infrared heating elements run through the entire top of the heat food lamp, giving off a more uniform heat distribution, to realize rapid heating and high efficiency.
Thermostable Illuminated Light
A thermostable bulb with warm light is attached to the top, illuminating the food zone so you can see the food clearly while letting the fried foods to exude an attractive color.
Intuitive Control Buttons
An easy-to-operate rocker switch is located on the side of the heat food lamp, away from the heating zone, which can effectively prevent accidents caused by excessive temperature.
