Is this Product ACTUALLY in Stock? I tried to order on Amazon but you tried a bait and switch! You indicated the product was in stock on Amazon but then said it was not. You then said it would be available by 2 February and I said I would wait. The you said you did not have it I could order a similar product from your web page. Arrived at the Web Page and you show the same carrier for over $400.00? What kind of fool do you think I am?

The Food came out of the oven at 12:30 in the afternoon, covered in foil and in the box. Regular metal chafing pans were a perfect fit. It can fit shallow or deep. Box was driven to the venue and left sealed until 630. We pulled one pan at a time as it was needed and when the foil came off, food was still steaming!

Some Assembly Required
Fortunately, I'm not as dumb as I look. Some assembly is required with no instructions included. Not too difficult, had to install the wheels. 50/50 guess on which pair is supposed to be the front or rear. Also, the proper order of washers on the bolts is not Intuitively obvious to the most casual observer. A 9/16 or 14mm wrench or socket will be handy... Otherwise, I would have given a five-star review...

I purchased two of these stacked them and wheeled them 100 yards over threshold and carpet and tile Through a factory with no issues. Wheels are heavy duty. The food. Stayed hot for five hours. Probably would’ve stayed hot longer.. would 100% recommend and may be buying more in the future
