We really like it！
Had it out of the box for 10 minutes. The two blades go on in a minute using the allen wrench that came with it.  It warms right up and cuts very fast. Our company now uses it to build shipping containers and insulation.  Now we do not have fragments and chips in our parts. There is no hesitation when you slice thru that thick heavy black foam. We really like and it is an amazing time saver.

Works like a charm, easy to use, good control of heat. Had to cut hundreds of pieces of XPS foam for a project and this unit did the trick. Carry case keeps things neat and protected. much better than my wire cutter.

Works great!
I was shocked… I used this on 2 inch thick styrofoam, and it LITERALLY cut through it like butter. 1/3 heat, start cutting after counting to 15, then hold the trigger 15 seconds, release and continue cutting 7 seconds before engaging trigger again. I will try to post a Video later… amazing.
