The right side works as intended. The left side doesn’t heat up as much so we use it as a “warming” side.
Vevor products are affordable for small businesses that can’t afford better quality products but they definitely give us some headaches.
Industrial and very sturdy. The unit is great for making paninis but just remember it’s not Teflon coated so you need to oil or butter prior to pressing.
