Great investment! Great product!

This was easy to finish assembling and is a very well made, sturdy French fry cutter. We used it the same day we received it. We made sweet potato fries (par boil sweet potatoes and cool down before you put them through your cutter). We will be using this again tomorrow to make French fries. We will use the blade that makes thinner fries.

I bought this for my mother who has arthritis and can barely use a knife but loves to cook and help prepare. unfortunately, this item it wasn't very helpful. the speed of the machine is too slow that it squeeze the produce too hard before it actually chop it. we tried different molds and produce but still did't dot he job for us.
