Does the cable power feed into the sewer duct or do you have to manually push it in and manually pull it out of the duct ? What is the purpose of reversing the cable after it is insisde the duct? Does that help removal?

High quality w 75 ft reach. I ordered this to fix a 4 inch main sewer line that was filled for days after a couple of teenage boys didn't believe me when I told them to use the bathroom somewhere else for a few days. It was exactly what was needed and could also be used in a commercial application just the same.

I want to thank you for such an excellent product. I used it this weekend to unclog the bathroom sewage pipe. It worked really really well. Without this machine, there would be no way to unclog the pipe by myself, since I pulled out some cloth-like stuff and a lot of smashed plastic from the sewage pipe (I was shocked by those stuff in the pipe). The machine is very easy to operate. Thank you again.

Worked great cleaned the drain out. Had several companies come out to do it. The next morning it was stopped up again. It has been over a month and it is still good. Love it and so happy that I don't have to pay someone to do it. They said it was cleared and it was not.They just wanted the money. I will never call a plumber again! Thanks again.

Easy to use and supper sturdy.
Drain cleaning machine was worth buying did the job very happy with products, recommend buying. Only one problem comes with 2\" wheel casters two locking and two non locking recommend all four wheels should be locking front of machine moves to much in front rear doesn't move at all. I had to buy to locking wheel caster from amazon for the front of the machine this solved my problem

The machine worked well on the first job I did. First I tried the two starter bits. They did not clear the pipe. Then I tried the root getter. It did the trick easily.

Great quality. Paid for itself in day it arrived
Great quality, solid/heavy duty and works great. Has built in accessory and power cord holders. Gloves are decent, definitely needed when used. Only issue was belt was not attached when arrived. No instructions telling you how to attach. The motor is on a spring, kneel on it to push it down to attach belt on motor and around drum. When using, manually feed into pipe and don't leave too much slack or it will tangle (run opposite direction to untangle). Release the peddle to stop the drum from turning as soon as you feel the love pinch and pull the gloves (usually happens when because there is too much slack in the line).
