Product Description
This product is a hydraulic crimping tool, including a wire cutter, suitable for crimping electrical connectors with AWG12-2/0 (4-70 mm2) wire sizes. It adopts a C-type crimping head design with 9 interchangeable jaws.
It can contact and press steadily with slight resistance and high work efficiency, be safe, reliable, and easy to operate.

- Cutting mouth: used to cut wire rope.
- Handle: Used to operate the cutter.
User Guide
- When pressing cables, select the cable of the required size and the corresponding contact mould. Install terminals in the middle of the contact molds.
- Insert the crimping block into the corresponding size of the C-type crimping head.
- Close the oil valve tightly and turn the movable handle to enable the plunger pump to start up.
- While the hydraulic pressure increases, the pistons push the contact mould forward until the two contact moulds meet.
- Do not continue to exert pressure after the two contact molds to avoid damage to the components.
- During the crimping process, please ensure that the connector is in the center of the pliers and continue to apply pressure until the crimping cycle is completed.
- If there is a pressure relief valve, when the specified pressure is reached, you will hear a slight hissing sound indicating an automatic release of internal pressure, and the work will be finished.
- Loosen the oil valve, and the piston will retract automatically.
- After the crimping is completed, release the pressure and remove the crimped connector.
- It is normal to see a slight trace of oil appear on the outside of the plunger and the big piston after repeating the operation as mentioned above.
Cleaning and maintenance
- This hydraulic crimping tool has tightly fitted components. Do not dismantle the components. Avoid knocking the tool and keep it away from moisture.
- After repeated use of this tool, check the quantity of oil in the reservoir inside the hand tool. To refill, use #20 oil. The refilled oil shall be cleared of dust and grit.
- Unload the fixed handle, pull out the rear oil plug from the oil reservoir, and add #20 mechanical oil filtered through a 200- filter screen until oil
overflows. Loosen the oil valve and slowly turn the movable handles to release trapped air in the oil reservoir. Replace theoil plugandscrew down the fixing handle.
