1. DO NOT let children, minors, or pets get close to or touch the machine.
2. DO NOT touch the hot surface directly with your hands. Must use anti-scald gloves.
3. Using accessories or attachments not provided or recommended by the manufacturer may cause injury.
4. Please do not use it in poorly ventilated places or for commercial purposes.
5. Do not attempt to modify the machine in any way.

Safety of Food

The safety of food is a key part of enjoying outdoor cooking. To keep food safe from harmful bacteria, read these three basic steps:

1. Clean: Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces with HOT SOAPY water before and after contacting raw meat and poultry.

2. Separate: To avoid cross-contamination, separate raw meats and poultry from ready-to-eat foods. When removing cooked foods, use a clean platter and utensils.

3. Cook: Ensure meat and poultry are cooked thoroughly to kill bacteria. You can use a thermometer to test proper internal food temperatures.

Product Use

Before using the appliance for the first time:

1. Peel off promotional and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and dust-free.
2. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth.
3. Spread with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil. When your product is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many products and will not affect its safety.

VEVOR Reversible Grill Cleaning and Storage

1. Leave the product to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Use a wire brush to clean the entire outer surface of the burner to remove food residue and dirt.
3. Heat the product on the gas and evaporate the surface moisture of the product.
4. After the product cools down, evenly apply vegetable oil to the product’s surface.
5. Store the product in the box.

ATTENTION! The product cannot be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning！

Tips

1. Food should be dried with a clean towel or oil-absorbent paper to avoid oil splashing.
2. Pay attention to the food status and flip the noodles on time.
3. After each cooking, clean and maintain the product promptly after it cools down.

CAUTION:

When frying food in hot oil or fat, the overheated splashes could easily ignite.
