I'm confused on something: The description says it can hold 5 full size pans which are typically 20 x 13 x 0.6 roughly. the height can vary but the smallest ive seen is 1.25" depth in foil pans. Your description says 0.6" depth, but the pictures you show the pans are deeper. Can this unit hold five 20"x13"x2" pans?

Great warmer. Just don't try to return for any reason.. Not hassle free by any means.
Tremendous warmers. The "no hassle return policy" NOT tremendous. These warmers do work very well. You want to make sure you measure your pans as this 5 stack one is a little small if you're trying to use full-sized serving trays. It will fit a normal cooking sheet, but if you need to use serving trays, get the double door one. Be forewarned - the adhesive covering is a nightmare to get off. They put these together after covering the metal so they rivet thru and over the underlying covered area. Plan on at least 30 minutes to remove this nightmare of a cover. It works and kept the warmer blemish free, but good lord what a pain it is and you have little bits left because they riveted over covered area. Beyond annoying. Can't know the warmer though. Works like a champ. Just don't think you can return it like the website says. They're adamant about that if/when you ask. Again great warmer. Customer service...meh.

The unit functions as advertised. Easy controls. Simple to use. Keeps the heat well in the limited use I have given it. A couple of quality issues: a) the riveting in some spots was poorly done (loose rivets), and b) some sheet metal screws were stripped resulting in gaps in the joining of metal. The unit itself is relatively quiet, but sounds like the fan is hitting on some metal as it warms and circulates the heated air. The white plastic protective covering the metal is very tight and time consuming to remove. I am going into the heavy use season and may have some further comments. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase for my use; however the basic construction quality issues are a concern.

It gets the job done! The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is because of the cheap material that it’s made out of! Also, this had nothing to do with the rating that I gave, but the white sticky sticker that comes on the outside was pretty crappy to take off! Other than that, I love having this addition to come food warm!
