This 24x24in syrup pan is by far the best deal on a pan this size. I have three seasons of syrup making and one with this pan. This pan saved me a lot of time and fuel. I boiled about 270gal of sap over a wood stove to make about 5gal of syrup. Finished it inside on the stovetop. I had some concerns that the pan would deform with two weeks of 24hr day fire. It did not and seems ready for next season with a little cleaning up.

This has made my syrup making so much easier. Placed over a two burner camp stove it is easy to bring to boil and large surface area results in fast evaporation.

Works as advertised. I used this to make a wood fired maple syrup evaporator out of a 55 gallon barrel. The pan fit on top perfectly and we boiled down 170 gallons of sap and made four gallons of syurp from trees in our back yard. It doesn't get any better than that. 100 percent natural and the best tasting maple syrup you'll ever have, and we made it ourselves (and you can too). It's not truly a divided flow as was indicated but rather the divider down the middle doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the pan but serves as a stiffener that reinforces and strengthens the pan. I knew this prior to purchase but for small batch operation it doesn't matter. The stiffener was for me was more important and I'm extremally happy with how well it is made. I have a feeling my family will be using this evaporator pan for many many years.

Haven't used it yet but it does hold water - no leaks. The temp gauge is in Celsius Seems to be very durable

Worked well. Only thing I'd like to see is another opening for a thermometer gauge. Vevor might also want to fix this page to allow less than 100 characters, and make title optional.

My husband developed a leak in his sap pan in the middle of his sugaring. We found Vevor on the internet and took a chance on this Evaporator Pan. Works perfect on top of the bonfire already processed 40 gallons of sap through it and about half a day I’m sure I’ll buy a bigger one in future years

Great product that did as hoped in boiling the sap. The only complaint is that the holes for the upper pan did not match perfectly. The valves worked well, and the welds seemed well done
