Great for the price

First, the instructions are horrific but if you have installed one before or have one already you can figure it out pretty quickly. The quality is what you would expect for the price and it worked well all summer. You should use it as intended and if you do, you likely won’t have an issue. It held up all summer without damage and kept us in the shade!

Awful instructions. Medium quality

The provided book/instructions were terrible. (see picture) I stared at the page for 10 minutes after laying everything out on my bench.. no luck. no epiphany. FYI: The bars are covered with plastic wrap that I immediately removed which removed all the L/R labels... meaning I had no idea what went where. What eventually helped assemble was to look at the pictures on amazon and compare the pieces I had. Once I had the amazon website up on my big-screen I was able to assemble this in under 15 minutes. Overall the quality is lower than my other 2 bimini tops, BUT this one was much less expensive than those. There are no zippers for side panels or anything fancy. It's a simple, cheap top that keeps the sun off your head. I do appreciate they included rear bars to keep the top away from my outboard when stowed. 4 out of 5, and only for the lack of proper instructions. Totally worth the price otherwise.

Good quality top - install instructions were TOTALLY worthless - I got more from looking at the pictures in the ad than the instructions -rear support poles were too short, had to fabricate new ones - I suppose it can't fit all boats - but all in all for the price not bad

Sturdy bimini

This bimini is made from heavy aluminum with O-rings at the slip connectors for a solid, quiet frame. The canopy itself is heavy cloth that should wear well. Assembling the frame was easy once I got all of the protective plastic off of the aluminum tubing. It took a while to get the plastic off. My old bimini is a 3-bow and only 6 feet long. This 8 foot canopy fits well, looks good and will provide some extra shade.

shading the pontoon

the bimini top on our pontoon boat needed to be replaced and this has been a great fit. It comes with the poles, canvas and brackets that you need to install this top. We did use three people so that it only took us about 45 minutes to install. the fabric is a nice quality and the stitching is good. So far we have taken the boat out and have gotten up to around 45 miles per hour with no problems with the canvas. I can recommend this bimini replacement top.

Nice cover, looks and fits good, instructions could be better.

I got this cover to replace an old worn out one on our old pontoon boat. It fits well and was relatively easy to install. The instructions are a little confusing at first, but it wasn't all that difficult to figure out. Some of the pictures and things don't match perfectly between the instructions and the actual parts, but once you start putting things together it's easy to figure out what goes where. It's taller and longer than our old canopy too which is nice, plenty tall enough to walk around under it.
