I haven't tested it out doors, or attached to an anchor, or in a lake, but when I opened the package I was really impressed at the heft and quality of the item for the price. I wished I had ordered at least one other. Didn't check the specs or anything.

I install sound systems and when it's in a gym I often use chain to fly the speakers. I thought I'd check this out. Heavier than expected. The reason for only 4 stars is that I'm not thrilled about the end links. They'll probably work out, but they are not my preferred style or size. Otherwise great heavy chain for the price.

As usual, Vevor product is good quality, shipped quick and is a good value. Only complaint is rope is woven to the chain, not attached with shackle. I will cut and weave a new loop and use shackle I buy as I want to disconnect chain from rope, not just chain from anchor.

5/16 " anchor chain

good chain but not meant for a windlass. The links are too long so it slips in the gypsy. If you hand retrieve your anchor this chain is great.
