This trailer toolbox is really well made for the price. Has plenty of storage for straps ratchets in a four-way lug wrench. I would highly recommend it.

This is a nice tool box and the quality of the materials is good. The size is perfect to fit across the back of the bed of my truck and it is light enough even filled will all my tools to slide it out off the way to hook up my 5th wheel trailer. I use a cargo bar behind it to keep it from sliding forward and interfering with the trailer and hitch. I was disappointed with the craftsmanship of the latching mechanism as miy lid would not stay closed when the box would shift going over bumps on the road requiring me to make modifications for it to stay closed.

Excellent quantity and yet lightweight. I mounted two lugs on the sides of my box. I used two heavy duty cables and locks to secure the box to my truck tie down hooks. The internal lock seem very robust. Now my tools are secure and no one can steal the box out of my truck. I highly recommend this toolbox.

So I read all of the mixed reviews and everyone talked about how thin the aluminum is but didn’t hear anything about the hinges or lock or hydraulic cylinders so I bought it. I lined the inside with some thin treated marine plywood and installed a foam gasket around the lid to help keep moisture out. I’m now very pleased with it, fits perfect in the back of my gladiator and holds the necessary things I bought it for. It’s also low enough I can still cover the bed and I have about 4” on either side that I can still put some longer boards in the bed if needed. Don’t expect to get one like you picked up at TSC but since i keep my bed covered I wasn’t so worried about the security aspect.

I'm impressed with how good these toolboxes were, considering how little they cost. The latches are rock solid, and when you open one, the lid pops up with authority. They are seriously water tight too. I needed a way to soak some large parts in solvent, and I couldn't think of a better idea, so I filled one of these toolboxes with Purple Power and hot water, then soaked and scrubbed my parts. As it happened, I forgot about the parts, and then winter happened. The toolbox sat for three months full of purple greasy ice and car parts. I thawed it out, cleaned it out, and it's no worse for the abuse. These are good toolboxes!
