I bought these for my church to use when we need to block off areas or use in events. They are incredible quality. The stands are super heavy and well made. The red velvet ropes are wonderful. These are a little pricey but so worth it. I believe they will be used for many, many years!

Very nice and heavy. The metal disc that holds the ropes are very sharp so don't lift it from the disc (bloody mess) grab it from the pole area

Great quality product. I purchased the chrome finish with red "velvet" rope. No dings, scrapes or scratches. Well-weighted stanchions, and the rope also has a decent weight to it (note, if you resize the rope, it is filled with a styrofoam tube filled with sand, so be prepared in advance to prevent a mess). Very easy to put together, no instructions really needed, though they are provided. I would definitely recommend these for your needs.

Folks need not over look these stanchions. They are beautiful and easy to assemble and sturdy. The velvet rope is a little too narrow but it worked for movie nite. A nice package of two with a red carpet would be nice

These brass posts are heavy which was a concern we had when we ordered them -- as they need to be heavy to stand up to their use on the red carpet. Really nice!
