The railings i got were good. But the could have used a slight line to line up hardware. Also 3 of the anchor bolts heads broke off before I could get it seated in the wall. Luckily I had some hardened bolts that worked. After I dug i the cheap ones.

the only thing this needs is for someway to grip the bar. it is a polished surface and hard to grip.

Hi I'm happy with the quality of this product . I do have some concerns that the with of the rail are a bit large and challenging to hold on to for seniors . Thanks Tony

This one arrived damaged. They said they would issue a refund, But I haven't seen it yet. Do not buy from this company.

This is the wrong product for anyone looking to buy indoor railings. It is appropriate for installing on concrete walls, NOT drywall or wood studs. They did NOT make this clear on their website. The hardware included is for concrete -- PERIOD. If I could return it for a refund, I would, but I probably cannot.
