This ice shaver is very easy to set up and use. It also seems very durable. I was very pleased with the speed that it shaves the ice. It also came with an extra blade which will make it easier to keep the shaver in service.

Wow, this thing is powerful. And, so much fun. We bought this for a 4th of July party. Out of the box, washed with soap and water and off to make the most awesome shaved ice snow cones! I highly recommend the Vevor Commercial Shaver 265 pounds per hour Electric Snow Cone Maker. It is super fast too.

The Ice Crushers Machine is perfect and easy to use. I love having the shaved ice instead of ice cubes. I bought a different one before this one and wow how much easier it is. Great machine.

There are no pictures of the right-hand side of this unit in the listing, so it's not apparent, but there is no way to swap the side you want the tray to slide in and out. The only place it would fit in our kitchen was on the counter next to the 'fridge... but for that to work the tray would need to slide out to the right. I unpacked it and set it up, plugged it in and turned it on, it was smooth and quiet (after the ON/OFF switch is turned on in the back, the blades start to spin at the point the ram enters the tube), and we would have kept it except for the fact there was no way to make the tray come out the right side (or even in/out the front would have worked)... if we turned it sideways, the bottom of the cabinets would interfere with the ram travel, and it would not lift far enough to open the feed tube. We repacked it exactly as it was when received, and returned it. Too bad we couldn't make it work, because it seemed like a solid unit and the claimed 600+ pounds of ice per hour seems realistic if you have a 2 people and 2 trays so you have 1 person just swapping out full/empty trays while the other does nothing but pour ice in the feed tube and cycles the ram.

After finishing up a restoration on a snow cone trailer I found this site and this Ice Shaver. I have now used it all of summer by the pool and had even used it at birthday parties and work events. Heavy duty and long lasting. Best shaver I have purchased. It is a bit noisy but your shaving ice so that was expected. You will be the center of attention any day you bring this out.
