make sure you order the right part. lil did i kno there was different size output shafts on the motors. was basically told it was mine from what the man said in chat. which sucks. again make sure you order the right parts. hard to talk to someone all you can do is chat with maybe a robot. who knows.. motor seemed well made and looks great. just wished was the right size shaft.. 174.00 down the drain..

It is everything they said it is. Even though it says 3450 rpm it actually is 3595 rpm with no load. This is very common with all of these 5 hp motors. My 30 year old 5hp is the same way, label says 3450 and it runs 3595 rpm no load. I hope it lasts 30 years like the old one but I don't care, I am 70 years old.

Easy to wire as there were both blade and lugs for attaching the power cord. Motors direction is shipped with a CCW direction that can be easily changed to CW direction.

Motor works great for half the price. Use it to run my 60 gallon air compressor with no issues. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement motor.

Very satisfied. Thanks The only thing is, the shaft on my old 5hp motor is smaller than the new motor I just received. It would be great if you offer pulleys as well.
